Capacitor element winding process
  • Site Advantages/Description
     Our factory is closely located to the Taichung sea port and rail station, ensuring good transportation and prompt delivery of orders. We also own a 250-square meter warehouse to store our raw materials and finished goods.
  • Materials/Components
     70% Korea and 30% from Japan.
  • Machinery/Production Process
     We have a total of 10 assembly lines. 50% of them are automated, 30% are semi-automated, and 20% are manually operated.

    A capital investment of $500,000 went into our machinery and facilities. 30% of the production equipment is imported from Japan and Switzerland, and 70% is locally sourced.
